| This RP consist in a long evolution of the political and social situation in Istalia which will reach a considerable height in prosperity and various excesses and then will experience a severe drop. Synopsis: after the economic crisis, istalian growth begins again and stronger than before and we can say that the country, the economy and the society will experience what arrived through Italy in the 80's / early 90's. Prosperity, luxury, dissolution, drug, excesses, etc... and also corruption, kickbacks and bribes from right to left, and everything will end up with a judicial Maxi-inquiry like "mani pulite" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mani_pulite), maybe to be set in the first few years of 4200 (4205-4210), which will be followed by a general reorganization of parties (maybe we may change our names, not permanently, but for one or two terms and then everyone will be free to keep the new name or go back to the old one). Almost all the parties will be touched by the scandal (maybe we can leave out a couple, maybe the newest if we will have new ones or the parties which for some years before the scandal will be the last in number of seats). Together to all this, the Nation will experiment a serious menace: a terrorist group from wantuni which will hit Istalia with terrorist attack because many istalian corporation have take controle and exploited wantuni that currently are experiencing a no state situation and so the anarchy rules. This terrorist group will hit Istalia and maybe also other nations. The terroristic attacks will push differnet parties to form a National Security coalition (militaristic as well as interventist) or something like that and begin a process to limit various liberties (assembly rights, military whi h back up the police, an increase in the monitoring of citizens by part of the Government, etc...) and increase the role and power of military all leaded by the strong man of the moment,Verhoeven, in search of glory for the Nation (with various reelection to the Presidenxy), to which will be opposed a pacifist coalition against the increase of the military influence and the restriction of civil liberties. The "Grandeur coalition" will improve a more militaristic policy also internally to the nation given the risk to the National Security with an even more increase of the influence of the National Defence, Armed forces and Intelligence, on the society. We will have some kind of a Egyptian style of economy where the Army controls the economy. We put monopolies are enforced and in the hands of private companied who are controled by national defence. This will generate massive income for our military itself. The National Coalition will be united by the fear and the needs of emergencies situation. But I though also that during the last terms of the "Verhoeven rule" the parliament can give him special power to face the menace and so creatw also national unity governments. Plot twist: in reality only the first and some others terroristic attacks will be organized by the Terrorist Group while some other events (terrorist attacks, kidnapings, murders, etc... will be carry on by the secret service (or they in some ways will push the terroristic group to attack us) to give a strong motivation to the National Security coalition to act in restrictive way and to give even more power to the military. At the end the corruption scandal will involve also the military and the eatablishment of the Grandeur Coalition but no one will be able to prove the involvement of the intelligence in the terroristic and also Verhoeven will achieve to be released by the judiciary for lack of proof (like Andreotti in Istalia). The RP should be obviously respected in the sense that the parties have to remember that the Country is in expansion phases, the unemployement rate are decreasing, the incomes are increasing and the society is more and more flourishing and opulent but also that with the terror attacks will increase a even stronger climate of fear and unsafety. The role of Verhoeven will be that of strong man of the "providence" but also he will be the unknown villain who pulls the strings of the plot and which will have finish his carrier with a controversial reputation, some will say that he was a good president, other will glorify him, some will say he was too authoritarian, some will say he was a bad president, etc... But to make possible this in the future elections the coalition to support Verhoeven should be large enough to assure the reelections. I though that for the first election after the terrorist attack almost all the parties will endorse Verhoeven while in the future, with the increase of the power of the national coalition and of the military will be formed these coalitions: The Opposition will be formed by: PAI DI NS |

Btw, this will quite different from the battisti dictatorship, Verhoeven in fact never will take dictatorial power, the institutiona will reat the same, just a little authoritive and very interested to increase the power of the nation and facing the terrorism he will profit by the situation together with a sordid alliance with other parties and milotary which will arrive to create informal great monopolies controlling many keys companies, but also with the cooperation of complacent corporations (like PMI Media which will become a strong propaganda actor for the government. |

| Message | Given the fact that I don't know wy Verhoeven from 49% fall at 48 at second turn, I would like propose to procede in this way: First Minister will be FS, for the first part of the legislature, then, at the middle-end of the term we can make start the RP with the first attacks. So, FS after all this will start to propose heavy restriction of the civil liberties and this could make fall the A.P.I. coalition and Verhoeven will form a National Unity Government supported by: FS, PPC, PSLI, PPI and another party (a party which will accept for the moment the restriction for security reason). What party could support restriction of the civic freedom? Maybe PA or MFI? I would like see at the opposition DI, PAI, NS and MFI and PA. What do you think? |

| Message | So, I would like procede in this way until the next term: Another serious and terrible attaks hit Istalia, so Verhoeven claims that the Parliament give to the President special powers so they can issue Emergency Decrees to come into force as soon as issued and that should only later be confirmed by the parliament. The Environmentalist will oppose it (together with NS), but suddenly the secretary Segantini is kidnapped and a NS leader is killed (officially the Revolutionary Front of Wantuni it turns out that there is a partnering with an istalian anarchist internal cell that claimed the kidnaping and murder, justifying them because Environmentalist and Social Democrats have passively supported the "fascist emergency measures" the government). This will do even more to tighten the nation around Verhoeven (for the reelection at the Presidency) and it will convince Environmentalist and NS to proceed with emergency powers to Verhoeven. Then the break will occur during the next parliament after the elections. What do you think? |

In reality most part of the allegations are invented by secret service so the National Government (next term) will decide to put many companies andur the authority of Economy field Directorate, to operate the conpanies and given the enormous work to do, the Government decide to ask to the armed forces to manage these system, given the fact that armed forces are the only adapt to manage a "companies armada". Then, when will unleash the beibe and corruption scandal of the parties, the judiciary will decide to make fall all accusation to the formwr owners and give them back the control of the companies while decide to procede against hundreds of parlamentarians from almost all parties.
