Message | Articles legalizing weapons of mass destruction and their use should be reconsidered. They are harmful to our national image and of course to humanity. There are a myriad ways to demonstrate our national power. We don't need to resort to the ways of pariah states. |

Message | Mr Speaker, A pariah state you say? We won't become a pariah, in fact we will be joining the ranks of most countries in its legalization. A large majority of states allow the purchase and storage of WMDs within their borders. Over 20 states allows their militaries to use them. We must have the resources and ability to strike back if need be. Hopefully it will never come to such a situation, but I will not have our country fight with one hand tied behind its back. We must always be prepared for the worst. Nalan Zhenkang Chairman of the GMD |

Message | We strongly urge our colleagues to reconsider the WMD measures. They are expensive to maintain and unfathomable to use. |

Message | Gentleman, WMDs are critical elements of deterrence and preventing war. Preventing war is far cheaper than going to war. |

Message | The argument that possessing tools of mass destruction is a valid way to deter war is an outdated and dangerous insult to reason. |

Message | Reason dictates that barbarians seek war, while the civilized will only use force in defense. It is unreasonable for barbarians to attack nations that posses defensive capabilities that could wipe out entire governments. Believing that the government should not do what it can to defend the people is an abdication of responsibility and a lack of morality. |
