| Subsection A Titles Awarded A.1- This bill shall allow for the creation of 3 noble houses, House Clark, House Barlow, and House King. The head of each of these noble houses shall be given the rank and title of Duke or Duchess, a title which shall remain hereditary being passed down to the oldest descendant of the title holder. A.2- The title of Duke of Ardinia shall be awarded to Elmer Clark of the Whig Party thus creating House Clark. The holder of the title Duke of Ardinia shall be awarded a small 200 acre estate in the state of Ardinia outside the city of Newtonia. A.3- The title of Duke of Kragusrov shall be awarded to Francis Barlow of the Conservative Party thus creating House Barlow. The holder of the title Duke of Kragusrov shall be awarded a small 200 acre estate in the state of Kragusrov outside the city of Estaag. A.4- The title of Duke of Bozarland shall be awarded to Adam King of the Rutania Party thus creating House King. The holder of the title Duke of Bozarland shall be awarded a small 200 acre estate in the state of Bozarland outside the city of Bozarburg. Subsection B. Rights of the Nobility B.1- Any person holding the title Duke or Duchess shall be paid an annual non-taxable salary of 7,000 RUT. Any person holding the title of Duke or Duchess shall maintain the right to request the security of the Rutainian Armed Services, this request may be made for time spent in the Commonwealth or trips abroad. Any person holding the title of Duke or Duchess shall be permitted to maintain a personal retinue of armed guards, these retinues are subject to inspection and regulation by the Armed forces however. B.2- It shall be the responsibility of the Duke or Duchess to maintain order and stability in their designated State, they are to be trusted wards of these States. Any Duke or Duchess shall be expected to act in lockstep with the government to help achieve the goals and aims of the government. Subsection C- Revocation C.1- Any Duke or Duchess deemed to be acting not in the interest of the Commonwealth may have their title revoked by a 3/4ths majority of the Peoples Assembly C.2- In the event that titles of nobility are revoked these titles would become null and void. -In order to create that great golden society that Rutania can be we must be willing to make the tough but fair and righteous decisions that will allow us to create and perfect that great society.
