- situation when the parental care results clearly indicates high possibility of severe and irreversible impairment or incurable, life-threatening disease of the fetus (preculisive to unasisted extrauterine existance),

(IN THIS CASE THE ASSESMENT IS MADE BY THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AFTER CONDUCTING AN INVESTIGATION)
- pregnancy is a result of a criminal act (RAPE),

(IN THIS CASE THE ASSESMENT IS MADE BY SOCIAL-ECONOMIC COUNCIL)
- social and financial difficulties in raising up the child
