Description[?]:

"Wow. I am surprised but, uh, not shocked to be here right now. I couldn't have done it without the help and support of my colleagues at the Republican Party. They put a lot of trust in me when we founded this party together. My party gave me another chance. They gave me another chance at life, another chance at vitality. I made a lot of bad decisions. Not many people liked me because of that, but looks like I was liked enough to be elected. This is my one pride and joy in life, not counting my children or other important things, like this neat little hunting rifle I have.

First off, I'd like to thank the members of the United Front for their continued support. It is only with the endorsements I have received from my colleagues at the Liberal and Freedom Parties that I can stand here and celebrate my success, or rather, our success.

I will take back Beluzia for the beautiful people. For our strong and graceful men and their beautiful wives and their lovely children. For our families who may not have children. For our families with two husbands or two wives. Yeah, I said that! And for my hot wife. Am I allowed to say that? I don't even care. God, I love her so much. I love a sexy woman. I respect them. Let the people know.

What are my goals? My goals are to be a fair and kind president. I've changed as a person. I can tolerate minorities now. In fact, I love them. I love the gays. I love anybody who identifies as "ethnic". I, personally, would kiss a man if the situation called for it. On the mouth, in fact. An ethnic man. I am ready to take steps to unify everyone, no matter what, unless you're really weird and do something illegal. I, personally, am very glad that we allow people to be legally different when appropriate.

I'm going to have to make some tough decisions. I might not be the best speaker. I might not be the most popular. Many people may still disagree with me, even after I've taken strides to improve my character and my opinions. So it goes. But what I can tell you is that I am ready to fight. I am ready to do what it takes. I have tried my best to be fair. I have passed bills that wracked my brain and made me question what I truly stand for, because in the end, I stand for the people of Beluzia and if they want something, by God, I'm going to do it. I'm going to do what's right and I'm going to set things right not only within my party but within the country.

Politics is tricky business. You can't always predict what's going to happen, and therefore I don't really have a solid plan as to what I'm going to do. I want to keep us out of war, but there's a storm brewing on the horizon.

I'm going to be a good president, I can tell you that. I'm going to pick a good vice-president, I tell you that too. I need some good people in my cabinet because I'm going to need a heck of a lot of help to run this country. You are all wonderful. Thank you for your time. Let's do it together."

- Sylvester Palmer, President of Beluzia
