Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Message | I'm trying out the power of imperial veto! As far as I understand it, cabinets need the yes vote of all parties proposed in them to be able to pass. And since de Sade is included at the voters insistence, that means this can't pass without SoS approval. Elected Heads of State are interesting things... |

| Message | are you sure about that ? i hardly doubt that is true :s that would make things kinda stupid. i think they actually have things like that in france. were the chairman of the cabinet isn't in the goverment they have a lovely french word for it but i forgot what it was. and i'm not really sure shiny agrees with this actually :p but i just couldn't wait for his reply |
