| Following several attempts to ask the Presdient of New Endralon for evidence that th Baltusian citizen was a terrorist have failed, and we have no evidence. | Message | Members of Congress, With the deadline for the vote of no confidence bill moving towards its deadline I thank the vast majority for backing me. It reinforces my mandate to take action on this matter. Therefore I ask that the following actions are carried out: Firstly sanctions. Based on economic figures we have been supplied, it seems the sanctions are hurting New Endralon much more than ourselves. This conclusion is also reached by a third party in this matter - Hutori, so it is clear we have the upper hand. We leave our official protest in place but feel no need to place reciprocal sanctions on New Endralon so that full trade can begin as soon as they lift their own measures. If they do not it is their financial loss. Secondly, in terms of the nationalisation of Baltusian business this is unacceptable. I ask the Justice Secretary to work with companies who have lost out, work out how much they estimate to be the cost and then present a legal demand for compensation for this amount to New Endralon. In the meantime we will provide financial aid to any company whose existence is threatened by New Endralon's policy, which they will pay back once compensation is paid. If New Endralon refuse to pay I will announce extra measures. Thirdly, in regards to our citizens I have great reservations about escalating this without further facts. Mr Brown, what do we know of this man? His name, even, for instance? Can we find out more about him. Perhaps the Home Secretary could check background details - let us see if he has any known connections with terror organisations that we know have. Maybe the RAC Party could kindly look at their membership records, if he is a communist maybe he is known to them. If New Endralon won't give us details let us do our own homework. The profile should give us more idea whether he is likely to be a terrorist or terrorist sympathiser ahead of any further action. Finally, in terms of the World Congress, it is my belief that any party from this nation may offer their opinion in the general assembly but I ask that Patricia Grayson makes it clear that the view of the government and the vast majority of people who voted for our coalition is not the view of the National Party on this matter. Regarding nationalisation, the Justice Secretary has confirmed to me that she is working to equate a figure and will report to Congress shortly. Regarding the individual arrested by New Endralon. | Message | Mr President and Members of Congress, Just to confirm the information revealed by the Foreign and Justice Secretaries, a complete search of Mr Wren's background by police found no evidence whatsoever of any links to terrorist organisations in Baltusia or overseas. As others have said before, this individual seems to be just a normal Baltusian who moved to New Endralon. From my perspective, I see no reason to have had him arrested, and it is looking increasingly likely that the authorities are only using him as a scapegoat. Might I ask the Foreign Secretary whether there's been any updates to international responses regarding this matter? What are other countries doing to prevent this and is pressure being put on New Endralon by it's allies? | Message | I thank the Vice President and Home Secretary for her questions. Firstly, a complete search of Mr Wren's background by the police and other relevant government departments such as the Department of Justice found no evidence whatsoever of any links to terrorist organisations in Baltusia, whilst BAITI found no evidence whatsoever of any links to terrorist organisations overseas. I agree, it is looking increasingly likely that the authorities in New Endralon are using Mr Wren as a scapegoat. Regarding international response, we have been informed by Istalia that nations such as Trigunia, Dolgaristan and Egelion (who border New Endralon) support our side of this issue. In terms of more formal proceedings at the World Congress, Istalia and Hutori have a both announced their concern and condemnation of the behaviour of New Endralon. In particular, it is major for Hutori, who are a key ally of New Endralon to openly announce their concern at their actions. Istalia are in the situation where all of there citizens have been released, and none of their citizens have been arrested- and have condemned New Endralon- they aren't in the scenario of having a potentially innocent man arrested and tortured by a foreign government. | Message | Members of Congress, To Preference, I must tell my fellow collages that we must be cautious when asking for evidence for the fear that being to aggresive might be the straw that breaks the camel backs and bring us to war, that being said we must also not be to wary as that might lead to other nations walking all over us. Now on to other thing I feel like I must address, For President Samson Moriarty first speech I would like to say that we need to also need to work with New Endralon, it is clear that this anti-Baltusia sentiment has been pent up for much to long and that Partidul Național Popular Socialist decided to just pull the trigger, we must work to find a deal that both Partidul Național Popular Socialist and Baltusia will be happy with. For Pascal Kindler first speech I would like to say that there is no reason to skeptical of the government (besides possibly political reasons) over an enemy government who had made it clear that they have the ideology of there people over everything else, witch is not evil in its own nature we must realize that they might cover things up internationally and mislead foreign governments for there advantages. I would also ask that you would stop scapegoating the republicans. For Pascal Kindler second speech I would like to point out that they accused us of foul play too, we are both fairly hostile towards each other. For Mr. Flanders speech i would like to point out that they have claimed that we have used our economic power to oppress them. To quote, " I will now address Majority Speaker of the House Gabby Kaur. I implemented this embargo because for years I have seen the actions your nation has taken in regards to foreign affairs. When my party seized power, we immediately agreed that we did not want to have any business with your nation until your stances radically changed.
