MessageTo fight against the sex diseases does not equal to subsidising birth control and contraception. And contraception only encourage peoples to have more sexual intercourse which make this problem worse. To combat sex diseases, sex education and strengthening medical system is important rather than funding contraception which takes away the rights to give birth.
