Message | I think we should stick with the 72 month term length. We may struggle to keep up with the RP we are planning if elections are regular. Also in general it gives more reasonable time for a coalition to form a cabinet and pass legislation. |
Date | 01:16:12, April 20, 2017 CET | From | Whig Party | To | Debating the Neutral Peace Perposal |
Message | The whig party can agree with a 72 month term, however we wish to see the head of state and the Head of Government become one office so as to prevent the likelihood of a President not represented by a majority coalition in the legislature. |
Date | 02:12:21, April 20, 2017 CET | From | Whig Party | To | Debating the Neutral Peace Perposal |
Message | OOC: our only demand is the President also being the head of government. |

Message | OOC: when the HoG and HoS are the same person, it means that any cabinet proposal has to include the President, and the President's party has to vote in favour of the proposal. It's been tried a few times, and we always end up in a situation where we cannot agree a cabinet for years and years, so the previous cabinet continues, even as parties in it become inactive, etc. |

Message | OOC: understood, I shall bars our acceptance of the peace on the new upper house. Out of curiosity is the DSPR against the upper house? |
Date | 20:29:10, April 20, 2017 CET | From | Whig Party | To | Debating the Neutral Peace Perposal |
Message | Perhaps we could do a five year term instead of 6, still an extended term just not 6 years |
Date | 20:40:30, April 20, 2017 CET | From | Whig Party | To | Debating the Neutral Peace Perposal |
Message | We would like something being written in this to give a full person to the Royalist leaders |
Date | 21:36:12, April 20, 2017 CET | From | Whig Party | To | Debating the Neutral Peace Perposal |
Message | Full pardon* |
Date | 21:47:06, April 20, 2017 CET | From | Civic Republican League of Rutania | To | Debating the Neutral Peace Perposal |
Message | We would be open to a full pardon. Would the conservative coalition still be open to ratifying a modified IDRA? We cannot include language prohibiting the banning of nobility, but we could address that in a separate binding resolution. |
Date | 21:52:30, April 20, 2017 CET | From | Rutania Party | To | Debating the Neutral Peace Perposal |
Message | Think it would be far to address that as a separate issue, as so the peace treaty can be finalized. |
Date | 21:54:55, April 20, 2017 CET | From | Rutania Party | To | Debating the Neutral Peace Perposal |
Message | In addition, within the current treaty, there is no opticaler part saying that it is prohibited to ban the Nobility |

Message | OOC: Sorry for the double post. |
Date | 23:36:59, April 20, 2017 CET | From | Whig Party | To | Debating the Neutral Peace Perposal |
Message | We agree that negotiations on a modified IDRA should be handled separately, The Whig Party is willing to entertain the idea of a modified IDRA so long as it is accompanied by another treaty preventing the abolishment of the nobility |
Date | 00:00:48, April 21, 2017 CET | From | Whig Party | To | Debating the Neutral Peace Perposal |
Message | Do the republicans still not agree with this peace proposal? |
Date | 00:58:20, April 21, 2017 CET | From | Whig Party | To | Debating the Neutral Peace Perposal |
Message | OOC: I honestly want to sign any peace deal so I can RP some political involvement. If you guys arent happy with this one please propose one. I find it only fair that nobility at least be restored as far as this bill proposes since the war ended abruptly in a stalemate |
