MessageWe disagree with article 1, life in prison is very expensive and some people have no hope of rehabilitation, but we have no objections over article 2.

MessageIt is debatable whether it is cheaper to "simply" execute people without hope of rehabilitation. First we think it is not, but it's more importnat that we think this is a matter of ideology, not economics.
