MessageExploitation of lower classes? You misunderstand, of course. As was stated in the description, this would allow us to form a closer bond with younger, less developed nations, that might flourish as they grew; a growth affected greatly by our own aide. We cannot simply hand out donations willy-nilly to foreign states; our people expect something in return, and a valuable economic partnership for the future.

MessageI believe that our country should provide unrequitted aid to countries in need, and not coerce poorer countries into accepting trade agreements, which they will be forced to accept because of their present situation.
