As was stated in the description, this would allow us to form a closer bond with younger, less developed nations, that might flourish as they grew; a growth affected greatly by our own aide. We cannot simply hand out donations willy-nilly to foreign states; our people expect something in return, and a valuable economic partnership for the future. |
