It is an imperative to the continuation of Imperial Socialist society that we begin to make much more clearly defined Political Regulated in order to guide the revolution forward; while not centralizing the power in the hands of one party as it has been done else where. But instead limiting the rights of parties and what they may pass into the Congress. With the approval of the Empress. There by, we must ban anti-Gennist, anti-Crown, and anti-Socialist parties. Article 1) [Definitions] The parties which will be banned will be considered traitorous. From what shall be called "Traitors to the Crown" and "Counter Revolutionaries" 1a) Tratiors to the Crown shall be considered those who are against the continued maintenance of the Crown's power (reforming the Crown's power without the approval of the Empress, such as her veto power) and those who would want to see the full abolishment of the Crown as an institution or the replacement of the Genn dynasty with another. 1b) Counter Revolutionaries shall be defined as those who would support a state religion, oppose cultural reform, oppose Worker Democracy in anyway (even if for "freedom of choice"), or oppose the Nation in general. Article 2) There by, parties which fall into either category shall be removed from the Congress and have their leaders arested under the authority of the Crown. |
