Bill: Cultural Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: People's Party of Endralon
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: August 4200
Description[?]:
Article 1 We beleive that artistic institutions, and especially their decision making boards, can sometimes be biased in their judgment. Therefore we think case by case individuals should be subsidised. Article 2 We think that this issue is still too important to be left for local governments. Article 3 We think that not only operation, but funding should be the responsibility of local governments. Article 4 We think museums are part of aour nation's cultural heritage so should be supported by the government. Article 2 would free up some funds but are not enough for Article 1,3 and 4, so we will ask for a budget raise for the Ministry. This Bill is proposed by Bálint Anna, Minister of Education and Culture. |

Random quote: "Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket signifies, in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, from those who are cold and are not clothed. The world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children." - Dwight D. Eisenhower |
