| 1. Recognizing government of Aldegār has hold members of the Baltusia Military as captives and threaten to execute them we the Baltusia congress has found this to be an act of war we shall give the president the right to use the army, navy, and Air Force to her disposal and formally declares war against Aldegār. 2. Recognizing for a sufficient war we must not engage in trade with the enamy we will ban Aldegār goods and services from being traded in Baltusia. Such will be the Aldegar Crown (Aldegār). 3. According to the government's policy on national service all adults upon completing schooling shall enter the military until the war ends or they are discharged. |

We must act swiftly and I personally believe if you can not find a peaceful conclusion with the people who quite obviously have a cynical gain. I will also state that I will do all in my power that the taxpayer will not give these terrorist a cent of there money with the current situation I strongly urge for not only these brave soldiers but the future people who might fall in this terrorist scheme that we show that we will stand up for them.
