Voting deadline: February 4201

Description[?]:

Mr. Speaker,

Finally the city of Haldor is once again a proud, flagship example of our culture and democracy. Federal Police and Federal Field Police have managed to contain all rioters and bring peace onto the streets of Haldor. In total a number of 1,119 rioters were arrested, 992 of whom were released after 48 hours. Remaining 127 currently wait for their release after further investigation and analysis of the CCTV recordings. The further presence of the Federal Field Police is not necessary and its units may cease to patrol the city limits. However due to the incidental cases of vandalism and increased aggression among people, especially people aged 19-25, the Bureau of the Commissioner for Haldor upheld the decision of increased presence of the Federal Police on the city streets.

Therefore I, the Federal Government to terminate the mandate of the Federal Field Police.

Joseph Tier-Mainz,
Commissioner for Haldor.
