| Message | Premier points to a socialist system. The reason why we called the Head of Government Premier, is because we don't have a grand vizier as we are not some sort of desert absolute monarchy... Those titles would be completely inappropriate. Prime Minister means literally, that the head of Government is the prime minister of the Head of State's cabinet. It subordinates, ultimately, at least in title, the Head of Government to the head of state. But in Kalistan, the HoG does not work for the HoS. The HoS names the HoG to give the HoS some sort of real power, to give people a reason to run for HoS. That's really it. |
