| Due to its temporary absence from national politics, the PRPP fears that its ideals and programs might have been forgotten by the general public. We aim to firmly plant the PRPP proposals into the public mind, by introducing this bill. |

Current: Education is compulsory and has to happen at school.
Proposed: Education is compulsory, but home schooling is permitted.

Old value:: The state does not undertake any action towards the protection of cultural and historical heritage.
Current: The state actively protects scenery, localities, cultural, and historical sites; it maintains an agency to preserve them untouched if public interest so requires.
