Message | OOC: This will basically make no difference whatsoever (bar maybe, 1-2 seats out of 650) because a few years ago each countries' regions were made basically equal (19 million or so). |

Message | OOC: Treated equally in terms of the electoral algorithm you mean? I'll oppose this anyway since proportional systems are the fairest - but like I say, this would give one region one more seat than the remaining 3, with the final having one less seat than the other three - its pointless. |
