Bill: Anti-Communism Bill
Details
Submitted by[?]: Sunrise Party 해돋이당
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 4202
Description[?]:
A bill to outlaw Communist reforms and communist organizations within our great nation! Nature mandated that the nation be organized into a hierarchy of rulers, not communist notions of "equality of all". It is time for the public to realize that businessmen are the noble rulers they should aspire to, to lead the nation to greatness! It is inequality that makes a nation truly great! The Rulership of business provides a system of merit, of strength, and of the Will! Sung Joo-Wong NCP Chairman |

Message | Mr speaker We cannot support this party. Whether they are communist ideas or not getting rid of trade unions is terrrible. It is the workers voice that you want to get rid of. This shows the ncp don't care about our people. They simply only care about their selves. It is like the nazis have come back but in our own country! Max Gerster Prime Minister |

Message | Dear Max Gerster, Your party is obviously anti-Freedom, and want to oppress the humble Dranish workers! Unlike your party, we care so much for the Dranish people that we believe that we should give them the absolute freedom to excel-unhampered by trade union and government bureaucracy. Getting rid of trade unions will give workers a sense of motivation. They will realize that it is only their will that prevents them from becoming the entrepreneurs they are meant to be! The higher they rise in the company hierarchy, the more freedom they will obtain. It is not equality promoted by communists, but work that is a nation's measure of freedom. Message | Mr Speaker, this bill is not anti-communist, it is anti-liberal. Apart from article 2, the provisions included in it are nothing short of repressive and horridly statist. Freedom means giving workers a choice whether to get involved in a trade union or whether to pursue their professional ambitions independently. We also wish to draw the Council's attention to the fact that the NCP is apparently planning to strip defendants of their right to legal representation, which would come handily in an ethnic dictatorship where the state would bring all kinds of vexatious charges against ethnic minorities and liberal Kyo. Message | Dear Breckinridge, "this bill is not anti-communist, it is anti-liberal" Like there's a difference? Obviously your party reveals it's true stance...as communist enemies of the state! A strong state is needed to protect the freedom of our workers from the tyranny of the westerns. Freedom comes to those who work for it is our slogan, and we are working for freedom. If those workers want to do trade unions, and other leftist things, then they can leave our nation to live in some leftist dictatorship. As for ethnic dictatorships, we are actively trying to liberate the Kyo from the tyranny of the Western Dictators who have invaded are homeland and are basically parasites on our nation! We see no reason why the government should fund lawyers who will swindle the government out of its funds, let defendants get their own lawyers we say! Sung Joo-Wong Chairman of NCP |

Message | Mr Speaker, the NCP thoroughly misinterprets what kind of nation we are - the days of ethnic fascism are long gone, and ethnicity is no longer the basis upon which we establish whether someone belongs to Dranland or not. If there are any parasites on our nation, it is the NCP deputies who siphon tax money from those who they vilify and slander. Lucretia Llewellyn-Evans MLC Leader of the Opposition |

Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset. |
