MessageAlwyn Hall, Ministry of Health and Social Services:

"For too long Aloria has held an inconsistent state-based approach to women's rights. This Bill federalises the approach to abortion law, expanding rights and funding nationwide, while also increasing contraceptive discounts. This Bill aims to increase the provision of healthcare by relaxing some of the more stringent regulation on private health providers. This will not compromise the existing provision of world-class public health services but rather allow increased room for private providers to compete. Finally I propose an amendment to our organ donation register. I strongly recommend moving to a presumed consent model that will allow citizens to register their non-consent. This will help to meet the consistent shortage of organs in Aloria and help strengthen health provision across this country. I proudly introduce this Bill for the consideration of the Senate."

Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election.
