We propose to save half of the surplus, and invest the other half within various sections of the Government budget. | Message | We share your concerns about the surplus as well and would like to see a bigger increase in the health and human service bill. The health and human services budget hasn't been raised since the KPH cut their budget around 20 years ago. This budget is a step in the right direction and the PPH is encouraged by the KPH's recent attempts to provide some relief to the worst off. |
