MessageMr Speaker,

We want to know what is the definition of endangered animals according to Liberal Progressive colleagues. The current policy have established a clear list of endangered animals and to educate the hunters not to shoot them. This is totally based on the respect the the right of hunting of the hunters and also the preservation needs of the endangered animals. What if the hunters shoot an endangered animals and said "I don't know that is an endangered animals?" What should we do? We can't punish him! That is the point. However, we support article 2 as it gives a rest time for the marine animals to recover and reach the sustainable development. Therefore, we only request for Progressives to provide a clear solution or definition of law enforcement of the article 1 before we finally make a clear stance.

MessageMr Jiajun,
Although we agree with your point on accidental shooting, we cannot change our stance, as endangered animals are special to Terra, and the loss of a species would be morally unforgivable.
