| DISSOLUTION OF STATE AIRPORTS ACT The Senate of the Republic of Cildania hereby rules that: SECTION 1. TITLE 1.a. This bill may be referred to as the "Dissolution of State Airports Act." SECTION 2. SALE OF STATE AIRPORTS 2.a. Current government owned state airports are to have blocks of 20% shares sold to the private sector through a public bidding process. 2.a.i. No entity or individual may hold more than 60% shares in one airport. 2.b. Share bulks must be sold at least at 90% of the expected return price. 2.b.i. Share bulks that do not reach that threshold will be held by the government until suitable buyers are found. 2.c. Only companies in 'good standing' with the Republic of Cildania may engage in the process. SECTION 3. REGULATORS 3.a. The Ministry of Transportation is hereby in charge of all matters of airport regulation and private-entity regulation related to standards of airport maintenance and service. |
