(This bill was proposed bt the minister of Trade and Industry Jimmy Bonnerville) By creating one single uniform regulation on Stock exchanges we can simplify your stock exchange system and make our compagnies more appealing to foreign and domestic investor. Let's not forget that some business are established in more than one province and it would be normal to have a uniform federal regulation to oversee them instead of having many different provincial rules that could be hard to follow. |
