Description[?]:
| If this bill passes, the Gaduridan People's Army and the Patriotic Guards will be labeled as dangerous terrorist groups. This will mean that the police and the military should have their dissolution as a top priority. This bill will also prevent members of any of the two groups from being elected as President, Prime Minister, Defence and/or Justice minister. This means that everyone running for these positions will be heavily investigated by a team of, as neutral as possible, members of the Federal Police Agency. The actions that our military has done recently are simply despicable. If the government collaborates with any further ilegal paramilitary groups, we will be plunged into chaos. |

| Message | The Patriotic Guards are vital for the country's interests and therefore the Armed Forces have begun reining them in. Defence Minister Albert Orellano is currently in talks with the top brass of the Patriotic Guards. We hope that the talks will result in the PG becoming a special battalion of the Armed Forces where they can serve their country in a more constructive way. We will be voting against this bill. Neither of these groups can really be labelled 'terrorist' due to the fact that terrorists are officially defined as those who deliberately carry out lethal attacks on civilians with the aim of spreading terror to advance their ideals.
