| Members of Congress, As you are all more than aware- we are facing the difficulty of an international economic crash. Subsequently, our state-based healthcare system is falling into ruin. A lack of medicine and pharmaceutical products, not only to treat, but for prevention, means that we are running our healthcare system into ruin. That's why I today propose, with the excellent surplus that this Centrist Alliance have saved up for times as such- to spend an extra over $4,000,000,000 BLD on our health and social services.
