An Act to protect Rutanian culture and its industry. Article 2. 2.1 All radio, television broadcasters and digital media services must allocate, at minimum, 30% of its air time to Rutanian content. 2.1.1 Digital Media Services with "by demand" services shall guarantee an offering of at least 30% Rutanian content. 2.2 Rutanian content shall constitute a production judged on the following criteria points: Production in Rutania, Subject matter related to Rutanian culture, production staff majority Rutanian, Artists are Rutanian citizens, Producers are Rutanian. |

Message | Mr Speaker, The RP simply disagrees with Article one under basic business practice and, the rest under freedom of speech. We hope not offended the Eco-Socalists with these statements, the RP always believes in pushing for Rutinian content, however we would prefer it see it done by voluntary means over forcing creators too. |
