| Message | OOC: Yeah those are the ones the I have the biggest concern with. IC: We would be willing to support this bill of the article regarding private universities was changed to allow for a national standard. The PPH is concerned that private for profit universities could provide subpar education and charge students exorbhent fees for a useless degree. These universities historically prey on low income families, this would leave the government on the hook to pay for their tuition and a degree that they would be unable to use. |

| Message | The IUoH can not stand behind this bill due to Articles 4 and 5. Article 4 makes Energy a private commodity which isn't right to the citizens of this country. Energy should be used to help profits, it should be state-owned and given as a right, not a luxury as private companies market it as. Article 5 gives foreign investors sway in our markets. Should those investors pull out, especially those with majority share, it could deal a major blow to our economy in ways we can't predict. |
