Message | The Democratic Republic of Talmoria disagrees with the Article 7 of the Grundlage der Republik. This article seems like a gross violation of basic human rights. Also the necessity to sign such a treaty is under question. What benefit will we have from such a treaty? We already have similar laws and can independently enforce them. The treaty also has no signatories except the treaty makers themselves. We humbly plead the parties to vote against this as we must keep our flexibility in our laws and adapt to changing environments. All this treaty will do is add another laborious bureaucratic job of invalidating this treaty in case some of our ideals change through a changing economic and political sphere. |
