Description[?]:
Filippo Marra, President of the Council: "I'm here to propose you this program to establish a new National Energy Policy which will regulate the next development of the sector in Istalia and which will provides important investments in the field of the green energy. This is the regulation which the Government would like propose, an organic rule system already proposed: Construction of power plants fueled with oil and/or coal it not permitted. The nation encurage the construction of natural gas power stations using the combined cycle technology to maximize efficiency and achieve the best energy performance. Furthermore, the reserve of natural gas of Istalia will grant low cost for the management and low price for the citizens. Nuclear power plants in the country will remain operational until the end of their lives, but where possible, while respecting the security rules, it will also authorize a prolonged useful life, also authorizing upgrades. In the light of the planned increase in natural gas stations, we call for measures to favor district heating which will can exploit the waste heat generated by these plants, this to gradually replace the electric based system of heating, the most diffuse in the country. Establish a national smart energy storage grid to accumulate energy during low demand periods. Subsidies for the renewable energy research, but also for hybrid systems such as the gas-solar one (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archimede_combined_cycle_power_plant) studied by Enist's for several years through the Baltusian subsidiary Enist GreenTech. Tax reliefs for those who decide to use renewable energy for new buildings or for those who decide to install renouvable energy generation systems on existing buildings. |
