Message | OOC: if it's ok with you I will draft the law for referendums sometimes (as an amendment to the Federal Code) - not necessarily tomorrow, but shortly (I think there should be at least a 3-4 year limit ie 1 referendum in every 3 or 4 years so no rush). |
