| Attempting to assure control on newborn people, for effects of Statistics Comission on National State Financial System, this new project law establishes a new national biometric database with eye pupil tracks and DNA genome pattern to establish, well-born native state ( A class citizen certificate ), ethnicity, well sexual oriented condition, and eugenesic approbation. According to this, approbed newborns have the right to start a finantial credit account from this birth with 50 bonuses included for future education, work, and health decisions. The rest of citizens must to apply to this exams, to reach a new green card to continue legally living in this country. This will be a permanent warranty card to acclaim for their rights before a court process in case of sue or legal judicial process. |
