| INTRODUCTION: As the gruesome apartheid periods Saridan has suffered made our country a laughingstick in the eyes of Terra, led to the injury, deaths, and stolen lives of thousands of people, and have fomented great hatred in our country, we find it necessary to propose the following laws to allow the government to prevent another apartheid from occurring ARTICLE I: It shall be illegal for parties in government to propose laws restricting immigrants from citizenship, restricting all refugees, or segregating amenities by race, religion, gender (except for bathrooms which may be segregated by gender), or other factors. These laws constitute hate speech which is illegal. ARTICLE II: Public Display of KvdNH and ARA-related flags, uniforms, or portraits from the apartheid era is illegal. This constitutes hate speech and promotes apartheid support to the populace. Such materials are allowed in museums and for reenactors ARTICLE III: Crimes of hate committed during the apartheid periods may not be apoken of pulicly in a positive light. This includes war-crimes committed under ARA leadership ARTICLE IV: Fascist-oriented hate speech against the Ameliorate Church is strictly banned ARTICLE V: Apartheid-era catchphrases, slogans, manifesti, and rhetoric which attack and threaten dissidents and minorities are banned under the law. PENALTIES Violations of these laws are to be strictly punished. Sentencing guidelines shall range from 100 SAR in fines up to 10000 SAR in fines, and also could be punished by 30 days to 5 years in prison |

| Message | As much as we don't want to, the LvS agrees. Apartheid is a out-of-date principle, by law we can abolish it. But silencing those that believe in it is a step to far, as we feel this is freedom of speech. |
