| Luthorians come over, steal our jobs, kill our children... they contribute well to the crime rates. Why? Because of our history with them. We still hold tense relations with the nation, yet we allow them to send over their criminals! As such we propose a total ban on immigration by Luthorian nationals not authorised on a trip-by-trip basis by the Foreign Affairs Minister. |

| Message | To clarify: - Those with dual-citizenship would be allowed to stay and visit etc. - Our nation's peoples can visit and emigrate to Luthoria if they wish. - Those with temporary visas would be allowed to stay until the end of their visas. None more shall be granted. - Those with permanent residency may stay. - No more people are allowed to visit for longer than a set period for tourist activities. - This applies to Luthorian nationals, not ethnics, despite our concerns about their ties to the nation.
