Message | We have issues with articles 3 & 4. With regards to 3 we believe the government has a responsibility to provide fire fighting services to its citizens. With article 4, we believe in certain cases monopolies may be necessary, and we prefer the current legislation which simply regulates it. |

Message | We like the airports, energy, monopolies, and TOC articles -- and would prefer to go further in the same direction on each, where possible; are conflicted regarding the public housing article; and are opposed to the fire department article (agreeing with the PMN). |
