Mr.Speaker,

The Progressive Conservative Party Believes in Individual Liberty and therefore supports the use of Cannabis.But the Current Law literally allows anyone to use whatever type of drug they want without any regulations.Such a Rule Allows People to use even harmful recreational Drugs and that is where the Government​ has to draw a line and must allow only the sale of cannabis and ban other Recreational Drugs.
