Details

Submitted by[?]: Jelbania Monarchist Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 4222

Description[?]:

This act aims to construct a new absolute monarchist vision for Jelban, These proposals aim to re-establish Jelban as an absolute monarch state, giving maximum power to the monarch while keeping limited, if minimal, democracy. These proposals are to be taken as a framework toward that monarchist vision.

This also renders the previous voting proposal (Hereditary Act) from this party null and void.

Random fact: It is possible for a player to transfer ownership of a character or a royal house to another player. This should be done in a public way, such as on the Character Transfers thread, so that if a dispute arises in the future, Moderation can be pointed towards evidence of the transfer.
