| Message | Article two is admirable, however the first article of this proposal defies established convention. Do we want every battle fought by our armed forces to fought to the last man? Such a policy would only make our enemies more ferocious as they could only expect certain death either way... What is better to surrender and be shot as a coward or to bravely fight until death? As current policy stands we define the parameters of how prisoners of war are treated and therefore Article One of this proposal is unessential and we believe should be removed. |
