| This bill is will create "The Department of Federal Protection", the D.F.P. and take the protection of the, President, Prime Minster, People's Assembly, and Senate out of the hands of the National Guard and given it to the D.F.P. Article 1, The D.F.P. will be broken into three branch, with a separate head for each, which will work in tandem to insure the safety of the Government of Rutania. Article 1.1, D.F.P.'s first branch, "Branch of Presidential Protection" - The first branch will focus on the protection of the president with a security force of 50-150 personal, they will be selected by the head of the branch, they will insure the protection of both the Presidents and there family, Domestically and Abroad. - The head of this branch shall be picked by the President personally, and will serve until there resignation is required by the President, Retirement or Showings of incompetency. - The first branch shall work independently from any other institution, and shall only answer to, the President, other Branches of the D.F.P., and the Law. D.F.P.'s second branch, "Branch of Prime Minister's Protection". - The second branch will focus on the protection of the Prime Minister with a security force of 50-150 personal, they will be selected by the head of the branch, they will insure both the Prime Minister and there family's protection, Domestically and Abroad. - The head of this branch shall be picked by the Prime Minister personally, and will serve until there resignation is required by the Prime Minister, Retirement or Showings of incompetency. - The first branch shall work independently from any other institution, and shall only answer to, the Prime Minister, other Branches of the D.F.P., and the Law. D.F.P.'s third branch, "Branch of People's Protection". - The third branch will focus on the protection of the both the 'People's Assembly" and "Senate" with a security force of 500 - 800 personal. They will protect the Governments building, shall provide protection for any events related, and on request of one of the Assembly or, Senate's Members, will provide protection for them, if they feel unsafe. - The head of this branch shall be picked by a dual nomination of the Assembly and the Senate, requiring a Majority vote from both, the head of the branch will serve a 8 year term, upon which they will be given a vote of confidence from the Assembly and Senate before they can serve another 8 years. These terms can be cut short with a vote of no confidence from both the Assembly, and Senate. - The third branch shall work independently from any other institution, and shall only answer to, the Senate/Assembly, other Branches of the D.F.P., and the Law. Article 2, Armaments of the D.F.P. - The D.F.P. shall be given accesses to transport vehicle which shall be modified to withstand most small arms fire. - They will be given accesses to standard small arms, with designated units being given specialists weapons. - They shall be given accesses to any other equipment* (within reason) to guaranty the protection of the Rutanian Government. |
