Description[?]:

Article 1: The Speaker of the National Congress of Beluzia shall be the head of the Congress, responsible for keeping order during debates, as well as counting the votes on bills.

Article 2: The Speaker shall be elected every 15 years by the members of the Congress.

Article 3: The Speaker must be a member of the Congress.

Article 4: The elections will be done in a closed ballot vote submitted to the incumbent Speaker by the party leaders.

Article 5: When a Round is finished no more votes may be submitted to the speaker for that round

Article 6: Apon completion of the election a motion must be proposed by the speaker to confirm the nomination.

Article 7: All parties must vote yes on the motion, unless they believe that the results are wrong for their respective party.
