Rachele Delfina, Parliamentary Leader of C.C. introduced the following bill: Whereas Freedom is the underpinning of our Capitalist System; Whereas the Capitalist System best and more equitably distributes Scarce Resources; Whereas the Freedom of Movement is an essential Right; and Whereas the Freedom of Association is further an essential Right; Therefore, be it enacted by the Camera dei Deputati: The government has no policy on abortion funding. Advertising is legal and unregulated. The government never subsidises or commissions art. All banks are privately owned. Campaigns are never publicly financed. No employees may engage in collective bargaining. The government has no policy concerning daily working hours. The government may not seize private property. Employers are free to fire workers who go on strike. The sale of food is unregulated. All activities related to production, selling or researching of GM crops are allowed. The government does not fund or manage museums. This is left to the private sector. All refugees are welcome, regardless of their reason, and given aid in integrating them into the country. All housing is privately-owned. Stock exchanges are allowed and are unregulated. The nation imposes no border controls on visitors. Local government is responsible for drinking water quality regulation. Commercial whaling is legal and not subject to restrictions. |
