Bill: Provision for conscription
Details
Submitted by[?]: Hosian Civic Union
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 4230
Description[?]:
If a war were to happen then at current our nation would be very weak. We aim to change the law so that if there were to be a war then conscription could be introduced. This does not mean that conscription would start now it just makes it so that the government could start it if there was a conflict. Our neighbour Baltusia has just begun a huge conscription campaign called Operation Human Wave which makes this all the more necessary. Gen. Albert Orellano Former Minister of Defence |

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation. |
