Cordiali saluti, Paolo Conti, presidente dell'iMR E Flavio Monzula, vice presidente dell'iMR Dear lawmakers, these is our official program that we will want to institute after the next election. We understand that we possibly won't win the next election, but it's almost unbelievable for us to be absent, too. Therefore, we must ask, will any of you support us and our demands? Sincerely, Paolo Conti, chairman of the iMR and Flavio Monzula, vice chairman of the iMR |

Message | Beniamino Massa, Leader of AI "Honourable Gentlemen, We have expressed our love for the Istalian people and its traditions and values. You seemingly share this with us and therefore we are open for a coalition. However your program at some points infringes on the free market too strongly. Of course some things should be regulated, especially damaging things for our youth. However in terms of your program, we cannot agree to the articles: 4(waste disposal) as private companies could do it better, and employ more people whilst not spending tax payer money, 6 (Cannabis just doesn't align with our principles whatsoever), and article 9 (officers) is questionable as it decentralizes the army and would diminish the role of authority. Which usually cause a more divided and weaker army. This is, as I said, still open for debate though. Lets get Istalia out of the current mess! Thank you very much. |

Message | We are open to removing article 4, but we believe that article 9 will improve the efficiency of our armed forces, as, first of all, we doubt that units will be guided by any political measures that may guide a minister and second of all, we believe that units will prefer to work under an officer chosen by them and boost their morale. We believe that the article about recreational drug use should be regulated. We think that prohibiting it would be a tragic idea, as that will just help the black market, and on the other hand a complete legalization could be potentially dangerous for our citizens. What is AI's stance on the problem? My Best, Paolo Conti, chairman of the iMR |

Message | Beniamino Massa, Leader of AI "We do not mind article 9 too much, lets say: we would not do it; but we will accept this bill with or without it. In terms of recreational drug use we completely oppose its usage, however we are aware of the black market problem and it is obvious we will not be able to fight it there. So we suggest putting this bill to vote, without the cannbis article, and put that in a separate bill, so we could support this bill with clean hands in front of our voters, and oppose the cannabis." |

Message | Paolo Conti, iMR chairman We will put this bill to the voting phase next year in march. After the election. We are surely going to consider your opinion. Now, we propose to form the AI-iMR alliance (maybe other parties will join, but we doubt that) officially, on paper. MDGDS: Il movimento della gente di destra-sinistra. |

Message | Beniamino Massa, Leader of AI "We will agree, but if that is alright, we shall make it official after the election, becuase we want to enter the elections as an independent alternative, and from then on be flexible in our actions. Thank you for your understanding. Do not see this as a way of backing out, we are committed and share a lot of common goals, it is just a slight postponement." |

Message | Nicola Gasbarro, Leader of LP: "Mr Conti and Mr Monzula, although we support the article 4, 5 and maybe also the third, all the rest is an useless attempt to the tradition of our Institutions, if not dangerous: Alredy with a Semi-Presidential system we have see what can happen in case of political crisis. What if the Parliament majority is different from the Presidential party or coalition? A separate prime minister can easily solve similar situation with a cohabitation between President and leader of the parliament majority. About the number of Deputies, we consider the current number acceptable and we see a reduction of the seats as an attempt to reduce the weight of the different parties and an attempt to favurite some balance of forces. ("Camera della Gente"? "Chamber of the folks?", be serious please!) Last but more problematic article: official elected by the soldiers? What is it this? The Socialist Federatation? Your thesis on the moral of the soldiers is simply unrealistic! The officer should not be the more nice or more appreciated by the soldiers, they should be efficient and preparated and only the top positions of the armed forces are able to properly evaluate the quality of an officer, absolutely not the soldiers! The high ranks of the Armed Forces shall evaluate such a decision but then shall be the Ministry of Defense to oversee on the officers carriers on advice of the Armed Forces, this to maintain always the armed forces under the control and the authority of the national institution democratically elected by the citizens. For this reasons we vote against this proposal." |

Message | Paolo Conti, iMR chairman "Well, we are a far left party and we pretty much want to turn our country into a socialist federation.. (Chamber of the People. Remember? Far left) We believe that a smaller number of deputies will result in a more proportional system. The senate consists of 100 seats. The lower house has 635? Why is that? A smaller number of deputies will result in the stronger position of minor parties. Well, if the HoS will be from a different party, then the situation can't really worsen. Let me ask you the same question; what if the Parliament Majority is different from the President's party or majority? Well, then the minority obviously forms the government, duh." |

Message | Beniamino Massa, Leader of AI "We strongly support the majority of this bill, and will vote in favor, however Article 8 (Monopolies) is very damaging to small businesses and therefore we will, should this bill pass, try to overturn it. Everything else will run smoothly with our own program. The "Pink Alliance", how I like to call it, between the MR and AI is a unique experiment of cooperation amongst a far left and a far right party, for a strong Istalia. It is very amusing and I hope to see it working out successfully! After all, we only have one People!" |

Message | Paolo Conti, MR chairman "Mr Carlo... We actually removed those articles... We also think that the cooperation of our parties is a great thing for Istalia. The results currently aren't there, but we hope that this will change in the future, when the other parties will awaken their love for the Istalian people and support us." |
