Voting deadline: February 2188
Description[?]:
Hyman Datte, the new Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, recently suggested to the Federal Assembly that the currently policy of unregulated private postal service is dangerous, in that it leaves the results of postal delivery to the efforts of sometimes unreliable postal companies. He suggested that the nation switch to a national post office agency, but that citizens be given the chance to use private, regulated postal companies. |

Message | The LP does not believe in such a thing, however, we just realised postal services aren't regulated. The LP could agree with a bill that leaves all postal services to the private world, but in a regulated way. |

Message | We believe it's a rather odd condition that our postal services are wholly commercial. We see no benefit in it. |

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass. |
