Bill: Budget Proposal of December 4226

Details

Submitted by[?]: Baltusian Democratic Green Party (BDGP)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 4227

Description[?]:

Members of Congress,

Due to the recent passing of the 'Operation Human Wave Bill', the Ministry of Finance will allocate an extra $2,000,000,000 to the Defence Budget. And to continue the steady growth in our economy over the past few years, as well as to encourage business growth, there will be a 2% decrease in the level of tax paid by corporations. May I remind this House that none of the extra funds would've been possible were it not for the effective and sometimes difficult actions taken by the past few administrations.

Michael Port
Finance Secretary
