Bill: Legitimising appointmwnt of Archbishop Friar.
Details
Submitted by[?]: One Nation Socialist Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 2187
Description[?]:
It has been drawn to my attention that The Archbishop Da vida appointed a minister for religion and not the government going against the law. As it is the wish of the countries most religion focused party for Mr friar to take the position of Archbishop then we move for him to be appointed legitimately appointed by the state, so Please vote for either of the following -yes for Mr Friar to be appointed by the state -no for wanting a different appointment or wishing for the church to chose. |

Message | 'And I'd just like to point out that this bill makes no difference. The second bill means the church would choose - the power of the church, in former Archbishop Gadda DaVida, appointed me as the successor of the church. I was not appointed by the DaVidan Theological Monarchist Party. The DaVidan Theological Monarchist Party voted for me as leader in private after The Prophet DaVida announced he would be standing down from both politics and religion.' - Archbishop Friar |

Message | yes but the current law states that the archbisdhop is appointed by the government wich changed from the bill proposed in 2177. We were told he was appointed by the current archbishop. |

Message | not according to law. All ministers of religion are appointed by the state. I shall check the laws again but i'm pretty sure i'm right. |
