| Section 1 - Purpose Endralon is a nation of free citizens, who value life and freedom, and consider these values as the core of human society. Therefore we beleive that any nation that hurts these values by making anti-life and anti-humanitarian laws deserve to be senctioned. Section 2 - Sanction Restrictions Article 1 On any nation, where the laws set out in Appendix A are in effect, sanction restrictions can be imposed. Article 2 These restrictions cannot be an act of physical agression. Article 3 The actual nature and scale of the restrictions are specified by the President Appendix A (1) The government's policy regarding the treatment of prisoners of war is *Prisoners of war may be mistreated without legal sanction. or *Prisoners of war are enslaved. or *Surrendering enemy combatants are summarily executed. (2) The legality of slavery is *The slave trade is illegal, but slavery is legal as a punishment. or *Slavery and the slave trade is allowed. (3) The government's position towards the administration of law. is *There are no courts, the Head of State will determine what's right or wrong. or *There are no courts. (4)Government's policy towards the powers of the police. is *The powers of the police are not restricted. |
