Executive Order 6. Amending Executive Order 2, and 4. The Equal Treatment Foundation will be fully abolished Executive Order 7. Amending Executive Order 5. The Outreach Scholarship Program will be suspended, all those who have currently got a scholarship will keep the scholarship. Executive Order 8. Internal Development Authority 125,000,000 of the Head of Sates Budget will be put into this organization which will fund national vocational schools and Universities, our students should have the best education available to them within the border of Endralon With the Abolish of the Equal Treatment Foundation we propose that the money that was used by the Foundation be instead transferred to Social Services. |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, I feel, that having an organization such as the Equal Treatment foundation under the control of one person, the President, sets a dangerous precedent. One that will begin to move social service into the power of the President, rather then the proper ministry. This sets up the infrastructure for systemic racism. Say a future president ordered that the Equal Treatment Foundation only serve Endralonese, and that they must not assist Zergonese, and if they refuse, the President will fire the public servants. If the Foundation was where it should be in the Ministry of Health and Social Services, the minister in charge can easily refuse the President, and cannot easily be fired, as the President would have no power to do so. OOC: Sorry if I am rambling above. |
