Message | What are the Ministers', and President's, views on the formation of Shadow Cabinet, by the largest party of the Opposition? A shadow cabinet would put up alternate bills and laws to that of the Cabinet, not for Vote immediately, and scrutinize the actions of their respective Ministers. Jo King Republican Party spokesman. |

Message | Mr. Speaker The Minister of Finanace, from the Republican Party, is responsible for that budget proposal. The budget for science and technology has reache an all time high. The budget for defense has recently been gutted. Our science and technology sector is far an above that of most nations and can afford a small reduction in its budget. This nation cannot afford a loss of life due too an underserv d military. Do-Yung Lee Cabinet, Minister of Finance |

Message | Mr Speaker, The Ministers of Education & Culture and Defense all are willing to support this bill as this would give us a clear understanding where the opposition stands...The Ministers of Justice, the Minister of Science and Technology and a few NCP members of Parliament are skeptical of the arrangement and rather vocal minority is even concerned it's a plot by communists and Western Supremacists to organize an insurrection against the Union and begin the cultural genocide on the Kyo nation. However, most of the NCP members in parliament are willing to support a shadow cabinet if the Shadow Cabinet members be legally required to take an Oath of loyalty to the Union, to maintain the constitutional order, and preserve the cultural distinctivities within the Union. Kim Il-Sung Spokesman of the NCP and NCP Chairman |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Can the Prime Minister explain to this chamber the tragedy of putting forward an Tyranny Bill, which is cloaked as an Anti-Terror Bill? Can he also assure us that this is not a mere tool for the government to restrict people's freedom and rights. Harry McFarrow Leader of the Opposition |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Can the Prime Minister discuss the implication of not being able to pass their budget proposal because they themselves rejected it? Is the coalition among these insensitive parties still working? I yield. Harry McFarrow Leader of the Opposition |
