Bill: Party Reformation

Details

Submitted by[?]: Nuova Unione

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: November 4230

Description[?]:

Paolo Conti, MSI chairman

"After a period of internal struggles resulting in the decentralization of our Party, we conducted a national congress, on which the four movements were formed (Syndicalists, Libertarians, Socialists and Communists) and new structures were elected. I retained the position of the chairman, though my friend, Hon. Mr Monzula, took the place of the leader of the Libertarians and didn't run for the position.
We decided to change our agenda into a more Laissez-Faire one and support federalisation.
The name was changed to signalize the new beggining. The loved pink was replaced with Cadet Blue, the syndicalists movements colour (Pink is the colour of the socialists). Other than that, not many things have changed other than that that we decided to make cadencies last 3 years and that a congress shall be held each 6 years.
With Regards."

MessageBeniamino Massa,

"As long as you keep your party strong and willing to still engage in coalition with us, your reforms sound good! I love the new color even though it means an end for the pink coalition. This opens though, as you said, a new beginning!"

MessagePaolo Conti, MSI chairman

"No need to worry; we are still gladly going to cooperate with LP and AI to forge a new future for our people!
Also, there is a chance that after the next election the Socialists will have the most seats. Maybe they will change the colour back and the coalition will exist again?
But, that is if our parties will still have the majority."

Random fact: Cabinet ministers who disagree seriously with the head of government would usually be expected to resign. Parties within the cabinet may attempt to manoeuvre to replace the head of government though, for example by proposing a new cabinet bill or voting for an early election.

Random quote: "There is a mandate to impose a voluntary return to traditional values." - Ronald Reagan
